My Approach to Helping

I am an ADHD specialist also treating co-ocurring disorders such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and relationship issues. I serve clients across the gender spectrum, with a sex-positive approach & am an Altsex/Kink/Poly-Friendly clinician. I am also LGBTQ+ affirming & vegan affirming, provide support to social activists, sex workers, veterans, minorities, & am Spanish speaking. I work with clients on adjusting to new responsibilities & roles, personal growth, & determining the root cause of your distress. I will also teach you to silence your loud inner critic. I am both directive and non-directive; easy to talk to, but will call you out if you're being inauthentic, self-deprecating or self-sabotaging. I use various therapeutic & coaching techniques, & provide education on your symptoms. My techniques are accompanied by humor & rapport building to ensure our relationship is a trusting one, so you can be honest without feeling judged. Video sessions offered!

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Oregon, as well as Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Washington. I hold a Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology completed at Albizu University in my native state of Florida, and am currently pursuing licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in the state of Oregon.
