My Ideal Client

I am especially passionate about exploring the complexities of intimacy and relational dynamics, whether with couples, individuals or non-traditional relationship structures, or with those questioning or seeking clarity around their sexual identity. I offer a supportive and affirming space for neurodivergent individuals, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, those navigating addiction, cisgender men, sex workers, and survivors of sexual trauma.

My Approach to Helping

With over 7 years of experience as a devoted Psilocybin Facilitator and 2 years as a Somatic Intimacy Practitioner, I weave a rich, embodied approach to healing. Currently immersed in Masters in Psychedelic Integrative Therapy, I brings a deep, intuitive presence to my work—guiding you through transformative journeys that awaken the body and free the psyche. My practice embraces the full spectrum of human emotion and experience, including those often left in the shadows: rage, guilt, shame, fear, madness, and sexuality. Rooted in a holistic understanding of the body-mind connection, my work invites a return to wholeness—through sensation, surrender, and soulfully integrated release. My integrative approach draws upon a diverse range of modalities—including Family Constellations, Somatic Internal Family Systems, Gestalt, Somatic Sex Education, and Therapeutic art Practices—allowing me to meet you in the fullness of your experience.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

For over a decade, I have dedicated myself to the study of psychedelics, cultivating a profound understanding of their role in personal transformation. This long-standing commitment to self-work has not only refined my own capacity as a vessel for healing but has also expanded the depth of my work with clients. My approach recognizes that personal experience is a vital foundation for guiding others through their own journeys. As a guide, I brings a unique sensitivity to the often unspoken and shadowy realms of the psyche—working gently and skillfully with dissociation, trauma, repressed memories, phobias, and the nuanced layers of all that’s considered taboo. I am particularly attuned to the therapeutic potential of triggers and transference, using them as entry points to unravel internal blockages. My work is grounded in the creation of a secure, intentional container—one capable of holding and integrating what lies beyond conventional thresholds of experience.

Techniques I Use

Specialties

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) External link

Somatic IFS therapy blends Internal Family Systems with body-based awareness to help you connect with and heal inner parts through the wisdom of the body. By tuning into physical sensations, emotions, and impulses, we create space for lasting integration, self-leadership, and deeper embodiment.

  • Transpersonal External link

Transpersonal therapy integrates psychology with spirituality, exploring beyond the personal self to support growth, meaning, and connection. Rooted in mindfulness, expanded states, and inner wisdom, this approach honors the full spectrum of your human experience—mind, body, soul, and beyond.

  • Gestalt External link

Gestalt therapy focuses on present-moment awareness, personal responsibility, and the integration of thoughts, feelings, and actions. Through experiential techniques and relational dialogue, it helps you uncover patterns, deepen self-awareness, and connect more fully with yourself and others—supporting authentic, embodied living.

  • Family Systems External link

Family Constellations is a therapeutic approach that uncovers hidden dynamics and ancestral patterns within family systems. By exploring these connections, it helps bring awareness, healing, and resolution to relational wounds—allowing you to experience greater harmony, freedom, and connection in your life.

  • Expressive Art Therapy External link

Art therapy uses creative expression as a pathway to healing and self-discovery. Through making and reflecting on art, you can access emotions, process experiences, and explore your inner world in a safe, nonverbal way—fostering insight, growth, and emotional well-being.

Issues I Treat

Specialties

  • Polyamorous and Open Relationships External link

Whether you're open/poly or looking to be, I support couples/individuals/triads in navigating the complexities of their relational dynamic through a somatic, non-judgmental lens. Using nervous system regulation, touch, breath, and embodied practices, we will explore boundaries, jealousy, communication, and connection. My approach centers play, consent, and curiosity—helping you return to your body, speak your truth, and deepen intimacy on your own terms. All identities and dynamics are welcome.

  • Drug Dependence / Abuse / Addiction External link

I support individuals navigating addiction and substance use through a combination of somatic practices and psychedelic-assisted therapy. Using psilocybin facilitation, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed care, we explore root causes, emotional patterns, and create pathways to healing. This work centers presence, integration, and embodied choice—honoring your journey without shame, and cultivating space for lasting transformation from the inside out.

  • Sexual Problems External link

I support individuals and couples facing sexual challenges through a somatic and trauma-informed lens. Using embodied practices, nervous system regulation, and optional psilocybin facilitation, we explore desire, shame, boundaries, and pleasure. This work invites deeper connection to your body, authentic expression, and healing from past wounds—creating space for intimacy that feels safe, empowered, and alive.

  • Autism External link

I support autistic individuals in exploring intimacy, regulation, and connection through a somatic and neurodiversity-affirming lens. Using body-based practices and optional psilocybin facilitation, we work gently with sensory needs, communication styles, and nervous system patterns. This approach honors your unique experience, fostering self-understanding, embodiment, and authentic relationship—without pathologizing who you are.

  • Depression External link

Through a somatic and psychedelic-informed approach, I support those navigating depression with care and curiosity. Using nervous system work, embodiment practices, and optional psilocybin facilitation, we gently reconnect to feeling, presence, and purpose. Rather than trying to "fix" you, we will create space to meet what’s real—fostering resilience, emotional depth, and a renewed sense of aliveness from within.
