My Approach to Helping

Due the nature of what I work with, I take on very few clients at a time, so I can devote my time and maintain a overflowing capacity for care, to fill in the gaps often left open by the current therapeutic framework. I have spent a long time building the architecture to hold the things most people are terrified to show anyone else. My approach is emergent, so we do not need to go over your whole history, we work with exactly what is. I have many techniques I use to access and release stored emotions, traumas and pain in the body. I incorporate movement, shaking and informed-supportive touch alongside a blend of Gestalt, IFS and Family Constellations. Depending on what you are moving through, I will make myself available for the in-between moments as well as our allocated weekly sessions. My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that healing work is all about the integration, and that we must descend into the underworld of ourselves in order to even know what it is we must integrate. I believe that at the core of each of us is a small child who deeply loves themselves and never stopped. I believe in the medicine of falling apart, and I create places for people to do so. I feel passionately about revolutionizing the systems of care that currently exist. I endeavor to create more infrastructure for those struggling in between their therapy appointments and beyond.
