I work with clients 16 and older struggling with anxiety, depression, and ADHD, as well as those struggling with existential issues and issues related to self esteem, inner critic, and imposter syndrome. I do offer family therapy via tele-health only.
How I Can Help You
As an L.M.F.T. I have been working with adults, adolescents and families over the past 13 years, in both private practice and community mental health settings. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, as well as Mindfulness based practices in my work with clients.
