My Ideal Client

I work with clients 16 and older struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and relational stress. Many of the clients I work with struggle with overthinking, self-doubt, and feeling stuck in patterns they don't fully understand. Therapy with me is a space to make sense of those patterns, strengthen your sense of self, and create meaningful, lasting change. I also support individuals navigating relationship challenges, including those in ethically non-monogamous relationships.

I bring over 13 years of experience working with adolescence, adults, and families in both private practice and community mental health settings. In our work together I focus on helping you understand the patterns behind your thoughts, emotions, and relationships while building practical tools you can use in your daily life. I draw from evidence based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), Attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness -based practices, tailoring our work to fit your needs.
