My Ideal Client

I love working with couples and individuals navigating experiences related to being queer, trans, and/or neurodiverse. I strive to create an affirming, collaborative space where you can feel safe being fully yourself. With couples, I focus on helping you reconnect to the friendship at the heart of your relationship and learn how to move through conflict with care, curiosity, and meaningful repair. I also offer CSWA supervision for those who are seeking licensure in the State of Oregon.

My Background and Approach

Radical compassion is a tenet of my practice, as many people struggle with self care, and negative thinking about themselves. My goal is to be strengths-based, thoughtful, and empowering. I utilize motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, IFS therapy, and integrate other aspects of evidenced based supports to provide individualized support for yourself and/or your loved ones.

My Values as a Therapist

I am committed to ensuring that our work together remains centered on you and your goals. This is your journey, and my role is to support it in a way that feels helpful and aligned with what you want to achieve. Throughout our time together, I will regularly check in with you about what’s working well and what may need adjustment. Open, honest, and clear communication will always be a priority for me, so that our collaboration feels productive and meaningful.

Specialties

  • ADHD External link

I work with neurodiverse people and couples. Together, we explore how differences in attention, communication, and regulation shape your relationships — and how to work with those differences rather than against them.

  • LGBTQ Issues External link

I have personal and professional experience helping LGBTQ+ people with the various stressors and issues that can arise due to their identities.
