My Ideal Client

Being able to support human beings exploring who they are & striving to deconstruct & unlearn conditioning that is no longer serving them is something I deeply love doing. Cocreating a path forward to engage in healing from trauma & wounds is central to how I practice. I celebrate, honor & affirm all identities within & beyond the LGBTQ+ community. I root myself in a foundation of collective liberationist values & awareness of the systems impacting our mental health beyond individual factors.

What I Specialize In

I am excited to offer Deep Brain Reorienting Therapy and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. These somatic therapies work to address the impacts of trauma and stress on our minds and bodies. Nervous system regulation is a key aspect of my work. I also use techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy as well as from other therapies.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

When I'm not working as a therapist, I'm engaging with the world through community organizing, connection with the land and biking around the city. I deeply value my interpersonal relationships, community, mutual care and mutual presence. My practices of meditation, journaling and movement support me immensely during these times.
