My Ideal Client

Imagine walking into therapy without the burden of having to perfectly explain what you need. Imagine working with someone who eases the pressure of knowing exactly what to say, who offers genuine understanding, and has the knowledge and intuition to guide you towards your goals. You shouldn't have to worry about doing therapy the “right” way. I am here to make counseling feel gentle and accessible for the folks who walk through my doors.

How We Can Help You

Integrating narrative therapy, relational-cultural therapy, and strengths-based therapy, I provide mental health care that is both personalized and deeply rooted in trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming principles. I honor the uniqueness of each individual and work to create an inclusive space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and valued.

More About the People I Treat

Most of my clients come to me after having a series of experiences in therapy that did not work for them. Often times they've experienced a whole lifetime of being misunderstood by systems, having experienced micro-agressions due to their race, gender, sexuality, or disability status (whether visible or invisible to others). They are looking for someone they can relate to and feel safe expressing their true selves, and who recognizes that healing starts with truly being accepted and supported for who you are.

Issues I Treat

Specialties

  • PTSD External link

I am trained in EMDR and work with clients who have experienced acute and chronic trauma, in addition to systemic oppression that maximizes the impact of their trauma. We work together to build agency, self-trust, and nervous system healing so that you can move forward with your life.

  • Autism External link

Many of my clients come to me with the feeling that they don't fit into the neurotypical norm.
