My Ideal Client

Many of the people I work with are navigating seasons of strain and transition: individuals facing midlife pressures and caregiving, mixed-neurodivergent couples trying to understand each other better, creatives feeling blocked or burned out, parents needing support with family dynamics, as well as children who are carrying something they don't yet have words for. Whatever is bringing you to therapy, know that you do not have to weather it alone.

My Approach to Helping

I offer compassionate guidance to explore what lies beneath life's challenges with curiosity and warmth. My approach is collaborative and tailored to you. I welcome all ways that bring change and connection, including, but not limited to, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Restoration Therapy, Gottman Method, and Child-Centered Play Therapy. I incorporate techniques of self-compassion, emotional regulation, and behavioral interventions to support lasting change. With curiosity and compassion, I am eager to get to know you and create a space where you can find hope for this moment.

Why I Became a Therapist

I believe in the effectiveness of therapy. In therapy, I have felt less alone. I have gained new insights and perspectives. I have found compassion for myself and others, and explored challenges and learned to manage anxiety. I have dug myself out of the hole of depression and apathy, and regained clarity and regained a sense of self. The gift of being heard and seen is a profound and sacred experience. I am passionate about the therapeutic relationship, and I love being with people in the fullness of their lived experiences.
