If so, I can offer you a safe, nonjudgemental space to process, share and grow. I am passionate about supporting individuals as they seek meaning and fulfillment in their lives. With creativity and choice, you can move from pain to peace, discover your strengths, learn to manage anxiety and extend compassion to yourself and others.

My Approach to Helping

I view our human experience through an existential lens where you are encouraged to engage with your own "becoming" as you create a life worth living. I welcome all ways that bring awareness and change, including restoration therapy and solution-focused therapy. I take an individualized approach to each client, offering techniques of self-compassion, mindfulness, art exercises, spiritual integration, and somatic regulation. With curiosity and compassion, I am eager to get to know you and create a space where you can find hope for this moment.

Why I Became a Therapist

I believe in the effectiveness of therapy. In therapy, I have felt less alone. I have gained new insights and perspectives. I have found compassion for myself and others. I have explored challenges and learned to manage anxiety. I have dug myself out of the hole of depression and apathy. I have gained clarity and regained a sense of self. I have experienced the gift of being heard, seen, and invited to share more of my yucky thoughts - which is a profound and sacred experience. I am passionate about the therapeutic relationship, and I love being with people in the fullness of their lived experiences.
