My Ideal Client

If feelings of shame or a harsh inner critic are always present, making you feel stuck, miserable, or hopeless, know that change is possible and that these are not things that you have to live with. If you are suffering, know that you are not alone, and that relief and positive change are possible. These are truths that I’ve come to understand through personal experience as well as through my work with clients.

What I Specialize In

Clients come to me for a variety of reasons, including: addressing the impacts of trauma, especially complex trauma from abuse or neglect in childhood or formative relationships, religious trauma, exploring and affirming gender and/or sexual identity, grief, men’s issues, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I work with men, women, trans, and nonbinary adults, and I relish getting to work with people all across the spectrum of identities. I believe when we learn to accept ourselves as we are, we can change. You already have everything you need to live a full and rewarding life. My job is to help you find your way to a more authentic self.
