I work with individuals & couples who struggle with anxiety, grief, attachment issues, depression, or feeling lost within their relationships or the relationship to oneself. I approach healing from a mind-body-spirit perspective, exploring how your feelings can be processed differently within each of these parts. During treatment, we'll further your self-awareness and find deeper purpose and connection, exploring relationships, meaning, and self-actualization within a shame-free, safe space.
Specialties
I help people explore unsconscious patterns, connect with deeper meaning, and build psycholoogical flexibility and resilience. I support nervous system regulation through acceptance, grounding, and awareness practices. Together, we can cultivate values-based action, self-trust, self-love, lasting change, and a more grounded and purposeful life.
I help clients recognize and shift patterns of overgiving, people-pleasing, and loss of self in relationships. Together, we will reconnect with your authentic needs and values while strengthening individuation and self-trust. I will empower you to set healthy boundaries and cultivate more balanced and fulfilling connections.
As someone who has had many personal expereinces with loss, I truly and deeply understand how you might be feeling. I will support you through this time with compassion and clarity. Grief impacts the brain regions tied to attachment, memory, and emotion, often creating waves of longing and disorientaiton, and I can help your process this. I can help you find meaning, and gently rebuild a sense of connection and stability.
I recognize how intergenerational wounds and systemic harm live in both the psyche and the body. Together, we will gently explore inherited patterns, identity, and resilience, while honoring cultural and ancestral wisdom. My work supports reclaiming agency, fostering self-understanding, and cultivating a sense of safety and connection across generations.
