My Ideal Client

I work with individuals & couples who struggle with anxiety, grief, attachment issues, depression, or feeling lost within their relationships or the relationship to oneself. I approach healing from a mind-body-spirit perspective, exploring how your feelings can be processed differently within each of these parts. During treatment, we'll further your self-awareness and find deeper purpose and connection, exploring relationships, meaning, and self-actualization within a shame-free, safe space.

My Approach to Helping

I work with people who struggle with anxiety, grief, depression, moral injury, and existential inquiry. Relational work, shadow work, and body-work are at the heart of my practice. I believe that the relationship to oneself, to our beliefs, to our environments, and to others is what the human experience is all about. With a background as a reiki practitioner, I enjoy curating healing spaces that include release, regulation, and ritual. I pull from a holistic perspective, bridging a psychodynamic and transpersonal foundation with somatic experiencing, working with the body, mind, and spirit to understand, accept, integrate, and heal. I do this from a feminist and systemic point of view, acknowledging the impact that culture and environment have on all of us. I believe in your agency and innate ability to change, grow, and heal, curating treatment that best fits you. I balance both deep transformative insight with active tools to get your nervous system regulated so you can feel better.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that people are always capable of change and growth, no matter where they are in life. At our core, we hold deep reserves of love, curiosity, and a desire to feel aligned with our truest selves. Much of our suffering is shaped not only by personal experiences but by the patriarchal and oligarchal systems we live within- which can create disconnection and inequality, especially for marginalized communities. Healing, to me, means acknowledging these realities while also nurturing individual agency and inner transformation. My approach is holistic and heart-centered, weaving together therapeutic reflection with creativity, humor, and personal interests. With a background in reiki and years of studying astrology, numerology, and tarot, I offer intuitive tools as optional supports for self-discovery. Ultimately, I aim to create a space where people feel seen, empowered, and inspired to reconnect with themselves, cultivating clarity, shamelessness, and authenticity.
