People who see me often have hit a dead end with standard talk therapy and need a different approach to counseling. I provide a trauma informed, somatic based lens to my practice which encompasses how our intersectional identities, nervous systems, and relational connections impact our wellbeing. I specialize in working with those struggling with depression, complex trauma, domestic violence, and grief. I welcome individuals of all cultures, backgrounds, and lived experiences into my practice!
Specialties
I trained at the Domestic Violence Resource Center supporting survivors of domestic violence and intimate partner violence. During this work, I completed training on DV, IPV, and advocacy for survivors. My work has centered on various forms of abuse, co-parenting with abusers, navigating separation with abusers, developing healthy relationships, and recovery following separation.
