My Approach to Helping
I believe that self awareness and connection can heal. My practice is a place where we can build safety and vulnerability, and work together to help you better understand yourself and your distress. I can help you find clarity, maintain healthy relationships, & live more intentionally, whether you are ready to dive into the deep end, or you are just treading water in your day-to-day.
My practice has at its foundation an awareness of systemic oppression; I understand that we do not exist in a vacuum, and healing ourselves and coping with the challenges in our lives requires acknowledging and working against the systems of oppression that contribute to them. I work through a framework that is relational and strengths-based, and is LGBQA, trans, poly, and kink affirmative.
Therapy is not always easy, but here you can regain a sense of control and create momentum. Let's connect to discuss what you need and how I can help you.
