My Ideal Client

I support individuals on their reproductive journeys, including fertility, pregnancy, and perinatal mental health, with over a decade of experience as a teacher and doula. I aid clients through grief and pregnancy loss and have helped over 100 families in Central Oregon. I also offer couples and group therapy for relationship healing, work with kids and teens on self-discovery, and provide support for individuals and families affected by addiction.

My Background and Approach

I approach healing with a heart-centered and holistic mindset, deeply valuing the integration of mind, body, and spirit in self-discovery. My experience includes supporting clients through anxiety, relationship and behavioral challenges, life transitions, addiction, family trauma, and reproductive health journeys. I believe you possess the tools for healing within you, and my role is to guide you in accessing these resources to enhance your well-being. My practice is LGBTQIA+ and trauma-informed, utilizing various modalities tailored to individual client needs. I enjoy working with adults, youth, teens, couples, and children or adult children of alcoholics, always creating a safe space for healing. With a decade of experience as a teacher, life coach, and birth/postpartum doula, I empower women and birthing people on their reproductive journeys, including fertility, conception, pregnancy, and perinatal mental health. I would love to do this work together.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I became a therapist to support individuals through significant and transformative experiences. Prior to this, I worked in roles like teaching, wilderness guiding, and as a crisis responder, which reinforced my belief in the healing power of connection. My enthusiasm for individual, couples, and group therapy stems from seeing how vulnerability met with compassion can lead to healing. As a Birth Doula and childbirth educator, I supported over 100 families in Central Oregon, witnessing the myriad of emotions during pregnancy and postpartum. This experience fueled my advocacy for birthing people. I also enjoy working with youth and teens, drawing from my teaching background to help them navigate self-discovery. Growing up in a family with addiction, I understand its impact on dynamics and self-worth, which guides my work with individuals dealing with addiction. My practice emphasizes LGBTQIA+ and trauma-informed care. Ultimately, I aim to help people embrace who they are!
