I work with neurodivergent adults, trauma survivors, and people recovering from burnout, masking, anxiety, or relationships that left them doubting themselves. Many of my clients are late-diagnosed Autistic or ADHD adults learning to understand their brains with greater compassion. Together we build practical, sustainable ways of living that honor who your are rather than trying to make you fit someone else's expectations.
Specialties
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy helps people stop fighting their thoughts and emotions and start building lives guided by their values. Rather than chasing perfection, ACT teachers psychological flexibility and self-compassion. I've received graduate training in ACT and use it as a foundation of my work with neurodivergent adults, integrating it with trauma-informed care and practical strategies tailored to each client's needs.
Humanistic Therapy is built on the belief that people grow through genuine human connections, self-understanding, and acceptance. Rather than viewing clients as problems to fix, it honors their inherent worth and capacity for change. My counseling philosophy is grounded in humanistic principles, emphasizing autheticity, empathy, collaboration, and the belief that clients are the experts on their own lives.
