My Ideal Client

I love working with kids, families, and couples who are looking for more connection, understanding, and healing. Whether it's a child working through big feelings in the playroom, a couple feeling stuck, or an individual carrying old wounds, I offer a warm, supportive space to explore and grow. Together, we’ll make sense of the hard stuff—with curiosity, compassion, and just the right amount of play.

My Approach to Helping

I believe healing begins in safe, trusting relationships—with others, and just as importantly, with ourselves. My approach is rooted in a trauma-informed, attachment-focused lens, and includes somatic work to help clients reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies. So much of what we carry lives beyond words, and I gently guide clients to notice what’s happening inside—physically, emotionally, and relationally. For children, the playroom becomes a space where play is their language and healing happens through creativity, movement, and connection. For adults and couples, we explore patterns shaped by past experiences, and how those live on in the body and in relationships. Healing with me is a collaborative, compassionate process. We'll move at a pace that feels right for you, creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and deeply understood—so that real connection and meaningful change can unfold naturally.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe we are all doing the very best we can to find peace, joy, and meaningful connection. Our past experiences can shape us in ways we don’t always see or understand, and healing begins when we feel safe—in our bodies, in our environments, and in our relationships. Each person, each child, has a unique path toward healing. My role is to walk alongside them with compassion, curiosity, and respect for their individual journey. I believe in the power of play as the natural language of children—a way for them to tell their stories, explore emotions, connect with their bodies, and discover their own sense of self and worth. As a mother of three, I deeply understand the beauty and complexity of parenting. I believe we come to know ourselves through our relationships, and the most important of these is the one we have with ourselves. Learning to treat ourselves with kindness and gentleness is one of the most grounding and healing things we can do.

With 16 years of experience working with children and adolescents, I’m passionate about helping kids feel seen, heard, and understood. In my cozy playroom, children are invited to explore their feelings, express themselves freely, and build resilience through play therapy, somatic tools, and evidence-based approaches like CBT and DBT. I also support adolescents as they navigate the unique challenges of being a teen—helping them find their voice and develop healthy coping skills. I partner closel
