If you are struggling to get through the day and need support, you're in the right place. Anxiety and depression can seem like the only voice of reason at times, and therapy is a great way to help sort through these confusing and distressing emotions. Understanding that change takes time and can be difficult is one of my core values as a person-centered therapist.
