My goal is to empower change through a strength-based, advocative lens, while also helping process and regulate emotions. I strive to help people recognize recurring thought patterns and provide a comforting space. I'm passionate about working with people from multicultural backgrounds, as well as those in the LGBTQIA2S+ community.
