The title is a misnomer as you won’t necessarily go into “past” lives as sometimes they are 'future'. I help you connect to non ordinary reality in which time doesn’t exist. The intention of this service is to seek and obtain clarity to questions that you are too clouded by your ego mind to access or accept. Anyone can connect and no special skills are required. Insurance does not cover this.
This approach focuses on the movement away from identifying with the ego self which has been created as a protective response to the experience of emotional pain.
I use an eclectic variety of techniques under this method to help you recognize patterns in your thinking, feelings, and behavioral choices that can be altered in order to live a more joy filled life.
Specialties
I specialize in helping others recognize the impact of generational experiences that lead to us experiencing traumatic situations.
I blend a mixture of talk therapy and energy healing to help recognize egoic patterns of fear with the intent of diminishing these patterns and replacing them with new ways of relating with your authentic self.
Recovery from child, spousal, and often times abusing ourselves. I work with generational trauma where we work on understanding the effects that parents and grandparents with mental health issues have had on your life.
Codependency has many roots which often stem from childhood abandonment or lack of development. We can work together on healing these traumas and creating new behavioral patterns which allow you to live independently of others.
ADHD, Child or Adolescent Issues
Each group session uses play specifically designed to help 3rd and 4th graders struggling with ADHD to develop emotional regulation, social understand, and everyday life skills.
