I work with those that have developed a distaste for illusion. My approach to therapy includes traditional cognitive behavioral therapies blended with somatic and shamanic healing. The mind is not the only part of you that needs to be addressed if you would like to live a life not conditioned by your past. I don't believe in "killing the ego" but rather learning to purify the archetypes we choose to pattern our experience through in order to embrace fear and evolve into self mastery.
Specialties
The methodology that I use is called Depth Hypnosis. This method can be used to move into a past life, but the experience that you are having that parallels past life events needs to be explored as well.
This approach focuses on the movement away from identifying with the ego self which has been created as a protective response to the experience of emotional pain.
I blend a mixture of energy work with my training in PSIP (psychedelic somatic interactional psychotherapy---which can be done non medicated) to assist clients in releasing stored trauma from their body.
I have training in core Shamanism which includes soul and power retrieval, energy medicine, ritual, and other forms of traditional healing.
Specialties
I specialize in helping others recognize the impact of generational experiences that lead to us experiencing traumatic situations.
My training is in core Shamanism and Buddhist philosophy. These are principles and practices that can be used to alter perspectives on events leading to personal empowerment rather than feeling trapped in victimization. I also specialize in supporting spiritual awakenings.
Recovery from child, spousal, and often times abusing ourselves. I work with generational trauma where we work on understanding the effects that parents and grandparents with mental health issues have had on your life.
Codependency has many roots which often stem from childhood abandonment or lack of development. We can work together on healing these traumas and creating new behavioral patterns which allow you to live independently of others.
