My Background

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Masters of Arts in Counseling from Multnomah University, and a Certified Professional Coach. I'm certified in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy and Alpha Stim technology. I'm fully trained in EMDR through EMDRIA, Internal Family Systems (IFS), art therapy and sand work. I have focused most of my continuing education on theories and therapies that best help trauma and chronic symptoms.
