My Ideal Client

If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like you're always adapting to fit in—I get it. You may be craving more ease, clarity, or connection. I offer grounded, empathic support that honors your pace and your wholeness. I work especially well with neurodivergent adults—including those with Autism and ADHD—as well as anyone navigating anxiety, burnout, identity, relationship struggles, or the impact of trauma.

My Approach to Helping

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with 7 years of experience supporting adults through anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. I have deep training in Gestalt Therapy and incorporate Parts Work and other experiential, creative methods to meet each person as a whole being. My approach is dynamic, collaborative, and Humanistic—grounded in curiosity, emotional honesty, and real-time connection. I’m especially attuned to the needs of neurodivergent clients, including those with Autism and ADHD, and bring a culturally-informed, inclusive lens to all my work. I also have a strong connection to creative professionals, entrepreneurs, and those navigating unconventional life paths. Therapy with me is not one-size-fits-all—it’s a process of cultivating awareness, freedom, and self-trust in the context of a reliable and authentic relationship.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I'm a late-diagnosed autistic adult, a parent and grandparent, and a former entrepreneur. Before becoming a therapist, I ran a creative chocolate business—an experience that shaped my understanding of self-employment, creative identity, and burnout. I bring 7 years of clinical experience and a lifetime of lived insight to my work. My approach is grounded in Gestalt Therapy, Parts Work, and a strong belief in the power of honest, supportive relationship. I’m affirming of neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, and other marginalized identities, and I strive to offer a space where all parts of you are welcome. I believe therapy isn’t about fixing—it’s about connection, clarity, and the freedom to be fully yourself.
