My Approach to Helping

My approach is dynamic, collaborative, and Humanistic. I work from a culturally-informed & inclusive model & incorporate all aspects of an individual’s identity & experiences into treatment. My specialties include anxiety, depression, identity, Autism & relationships. I am uniquely suited to work with entrepreneurs and people in the Service Industry.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Training I hold a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Saybrook University. Coursework included counseling theories, individual, group and couple’s therapy, career and lifestyle planning, assessment, diagnosis, using research to inform the practice of counseling, human development and professional ethics. I also hold a Master’s degree in English from the University of Oregon. I currently train with Gestalt Associates Training Los Angeles (GATLA) in Seattle and have trained in the GATLA European Summer Residential Couples workshop.
