My Ideal Client

I specialize in working with those navigating the complex, and often overwhelming journey of life transitions. Crossroads come in many forms, and whether you are adjusting to parenthood, changes in relationships, exploring fertility, or in the midst of postpartum, grieving a loss, or seeking new ways of understanding past traumas and anxiety, my focus is on helping you to find a path to further your self-understanding and finding steadiness in the midst of change.

My Background and Approach

My approach is integrative and personalized. Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindful Self-Compassion, Attachment Theory, and an eclectic range of evidence-based modalities tailored to your unique needs. I work collaboratively with each client to create a path forward that feels authentic and supportive. I’m also certified in Ecopsychology, a nature-based approach that honors our innate connection to the natural world and recognizes it as a steady and healing presence. I deeply value the context of your lived experience, including your identity, culture, and environment. We are greatly shaped by the systems, and structures in which we live, as well as the experiences of those around us. These interconnections will not go unnoticed here.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe we are all shaped by the worlds we move through, and that within each of us is a deep capacity to heal, evolve, and reimagine what's possible. My work is grounded in the understanding that struggle often emerges in response to environments that ask too much, give too little, or forget our humanness. In therapy, I aim to create a space that resists those pressures, a space where you can slow down, question old narratives, and reconnect with what feels real and meaningful to your authentic self. I hold a strong belief in our interdependence, that healing doesn't only happen in isolation but in relationship with others, and with the world we are a part of. My hope is to help you find steadiness, belonging, and freedom within yourself and within the life you want to live.
