My Background and Approach

I work collaboratively with folks by exploring thoughts, feelings, and actions. We will do this as a means to gain insight and achieve wellness. We will also discuss tools and coping strategies to manage stressors and concerns. I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist. I hold a Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology and Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. I have practiced in the San Francisco, Central Pennsylvania, and Nebraska. I have been in Portland for the last 5 years.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am committed to working to give the highest level of care to my patients. I value education and learning. I work continuously expand my education and skill set to meet the ever-changing needs of our community. I work to promote equality, diversity, and inclusion. I value the relational dynamics of therapy and work to provide a relationship most conducive to counseling. In my spare time I enjoy family, friends, community, reading graphic novels, hanging out with my golden retriever, skateboarding, and playing heavy metal music
