"If you want something you've never had, you have to do something you never did." This quote captures the essence of the clients I enjoy working with the most. Give me a call if this is you.

I am trained in EMDR (Level 1 & 2) and use EMDR frequently and effectively with clients.
I am a certified yoga instructor and have taught yoga and meditation for over a decade. I have a disciplined and regular personal yoga practice and have trained with Buddhist teachers.

I have worked with women and couples experiencing difficulties conceiving and/or keeping a pregnancy for the past seven years, and have facilitated fertility/adoption support groups via Brief Encounters.
Sexual expression is a fundamental human need. Intimately connected to our sense of self, sex is an opportunity to ask for what we want for our growth as individuals and partners, to play, to feel alive and creative, and to transcend, if only momentarily, the experience of our mortality. For more information, visit www.areyoucoming.net.
Relationship issues repeatedly surface in the clinical areas I specialize in (pregnancy, parenting, infertility, post-partum adjustment, dating, divorce). I also specialize in issues related to sexuality, for more info visit www.areyoucoming.net.
Grief and Loss are frequent 'clients' of mine. Whether they arrive in the wake of losing a loved one, a pregnancy or a child, a relationship or a marriage, an ability or a dream, they are needed allies to integrate difficult life experiences, and they deserve nurturing and attention.
Depression sucks. It sucks desire, motivation, agency, energy, joy and vitality, i.e. all the things that make life worth living. It can make life seem pointless, but there is a point to depression, a way to be with it, and a way to be without. I can help you figure out how.
