My Background and Approach

I have a Master's degree in Integral Counseling Psychology with over 10 years of experience. My clinical orientation is trauma-informed, psychodynamic, existential-humanistic, mindfulness-based and relational. I work with all types of people on a variety of issues, and I specialize in LGBTQ+ identities and concerns. I listen without judgment, accept all of who you are, and validate your lived experiences. We explore your thoughts and emotions, and how you relate with yourself and others, to increase your awareness of the patterns and stories of your life and transform limitations into resources. Discover new life strategies and ways to move through anxiety, depression or numbness to feel more connected and grounded, with increased ability to flexibly respond to life stressors. I'll help you know yourself better, experience deeper connections in your relationships, and feel more ease and joy.
