How I Can Help You

I help people, whether in a relationship or not, navigate sexual concerns and challenges that are impacting their relationships and overall well-being. I prioritize mutual respect and trust, allowing us to co-create a safe space for self-exploration, understanding, and ultimately a richer, fuller, and more authentic life. My approach to sex therapy is grounded in evidence-based practices and draws from attachment theory, cognitive-behavior therapy, mindfulness, emotion focused therapy, and sex-positive frameworks. I tailor my techniques to each client's unique needs, goals, and comfort level.
