My Ideal Client

With grace and compassion, I support clients navigating long-standing and complex concerns related to relationships, intimacy, and sex. As a queer therapist myself, I embrace and celebrate unique identities, desires and relationship structures of each individual.

What I Specialize In

I specialize in treating those seeking guidance and support for intimacy concerns, low desire/desire discrepancy, lack of sexual interest/pleasure, erectile dysfunction, kink/BDSM, difficulty w/ orgasm & arousal, sex related pain, sexual issues due to anxiety/depression, sexual trauma, gender/sexual identity exploration, conflict & communication breakdowns. I have advanced training in Sex Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, EMDR, and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy. I hold a Certificate Program in Sex Therapy and Sex Education through the University of Michigan's Sexual Health Program. I am a current member of the AASECT - American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists

My Approach to Helping

I help people navigate sexual concerns and challenges that are impacting their relationships and overall well-being. I work from a lens of social justice, inclusion and pleasure activism with an emphasis on decolonizing sex and gender. I prioritize mutual respect and trust, allowing us to co-create a safe space for self-exploration, understanding, and ultimately a richer, fuller, and more authentic life. My therapeutic approach is holistic, considering the interconnectedness of physical, emotional and relational well-being. I utilize evidence-based practices and draw from attachment theory, cognitive-behavior therapy, mindfulness, emotion focused therapy, and sex-positive frameworks. I tailor my techniques to each client's unique needs, goals, and comfort level.
