My Approach to Helping

I believe that therapy is a collaborative, sacred space where clients bring themselves and their stories. Together, we will co-create a space of safety, warmth, healing and peace. Using the therapeutic relationship, our work together will center around discovering and interpreting your feelings and desires. By offering you compassion and affirmation, I hope to assist you in experiencing the change you desire. Come as you are - all are welcome here.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As a systems and attachment trained intern, our work together will involve exploring your patterns in relationships, responses to and history of trauma, what you value, social challenges you experience, and/or your strengths and resources. I work primarily through an emotion-focused lens with a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship. I have experience working with trauma, complex relationships, LGBTQ folks, grief, blended families, children, and adults. My master's degree is from George Fox University and I hold a bachelor's degree from University of Houston in Psychology.
