My Ideal Client

I work with those seeking freedom from compulsions, self-destruction, and limiting beliefs, helping them find self-acceptance and healthy coping skills. In therapy, we develop protective supports to replace challenging behaviors with functional, positive behavior. My practice offers reliable, effective care that's easy to engage with.

My Approach to Helping

In the last 6 years, I've helped people cope with trauma, psychosis, depression, anxiety, health issues, and addiction. I take a holistic approach that considers all aspects of well-being, such as social, occupational, environmental, physical, intellectual, spiritual, and emotional. Through therapy, we will build protective supports and positive behaviors. I'm LGBTQIA+ affirming and committed to providing a safe, equitable space.
