My Ideal Client

Maybe you want to create healthier habits, navigate relationship dynamics, or lessen stress and anxiety. Approaching our inner world and experiences with curiosity and warmth, we gain insight into our deeper needs, where we are blocked, and how we can move forward with authenticity. Working online, in the office, or outside in nature, we work with what is arising in your experience as as the gateway to insight and transformation.

My Background and Approach

As a teacher of Tibetan Buddhism and graduate of a three-year meditation retreat, I have looked closely at the habits of mind and how to transform them. By welcoming what arises with warmth and friendliness, we shift from resistance to curiosity. Feelings are able to be felt and integrated, revealing insight and clearer decision-making. I am passionate about nature and welcome discussions about eco-grief, climate change, and the poly-crisis. I am in my final year of graduate school at Prescott College with an emphasis on somatic and ecotherapy. I am an intern at Liberation Institute under the supervision of Brad Byrum, license T2185. Sliding scale $30-130, with $15 low income option. Outside Walk-and-Talk sessions are available at several parks in Portland.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Throughout my life, I have explored the question: How do we really heal? From witnessing the destruction of ecosystems globally to harm within our communities, I have sought to discover the seeds and roots that lead to this interconnected experience. I have learned greatly through my studies of ecology, botany, conservation, yoga, breathwork, living in Kauai, traveling in India & Nepal, hiking in the mountains, and immersing in the long wisdom lineage of Tibetan Buddhism during a traditional three-year, three-month meditation retreat. I now bring together this diverse insight and embodied experience to meet each person where they are, and explore the topics relevant in your life.
