My Ideal Client

I welcome clients struggling with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relational conflict and disconnect, life transitions, self esteem, and trauma. I enjoy taking time to understand your unique story. My approach to therapy is client-centered, collaborative, and strengths-based. My role as your therapist is to guide you toward where you want to go and towards living a meaningful and fulfilling life. I want you to feel seen and heard throughout our work together.

My Background and Approach

Through compassion, openness, and warmth, my hope is to provide a safe, healing, empowering space for individuals, adolescents, couples, and families to navigate life's challenges. I am here to walk alongside you through growth, healing, and self-discovery. I believe therapy can be a powerful space to uncover and explore aspects of the human experience. I graduated from Gonzaga University with a Master's in Marriage and Family Counseling. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, as well as Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Oregon. I have worked in a school-based mental health program working with adolescents and their families. I also have extensive experience working with clients with eating disorders, including adolescents and their families, and adults, in residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. My cash fees are $100 - $150 per visit and I will be accepting several insurance plans.

My Values as a Therapist

I am passionate about creating a safe, inclusive space for adolescents, individuals, families, and couples to take steps toward healing. I want to guide you in creating an authentic relationship with yourself as well as authentic connections with others. We are relational beings and I work from a systems lens. I believe every individual is unique and I want to honor the therapy process that works best for you. Healing is a unique journey and my role is to support you in both self-discovery and exploring your relationships with others. I believe in a holistic approach to healing, and finding peace both within yourself, and your personal connections. All are welcome!
