I strive to make the process as experiential and whole person integrative as possible to make change and healing as easy as possible. Customization and collaboration are important since you are the expert on you. When people have experienced traumas, EMDR and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (developed from Hakomi) are effective and gentle ways to process and resolve those experiences. Even if talking about the events is difficult, they can be dealt with using mind-body integration. If you've been afraid to address the past or feel like you're just managing symptoms instead of living life fully, this work may be for you.

I use many modalities to support my clients' self-healing in a gentle, self-paced manner. My training includes: * EMDR Level 1 and 2, * Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Levels 1 & 2 (somatic AKA mind-body integration), * Hypnotherapy * Interpersonal Neurobiology * Mindfulness ***For the time being, all services are offered in an online format only***

I have completed Level 1 and Level 2 training and am in consultation towards certification.

  • Sensorimotor External link

  • Mindfulness-based External link

I have numerous trainings in mindfulness based modalities including DBT, MBSR, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. Additionally, have practiced meditation for over 30 years.

  • Chronic Pain or Illness External link

I have training in hypnotherapy and Sensorimotor psychotherapy for addressing pain management issues.

  • PTSD External link

I specialize in trauma-informed services and have studied and implemented these practices even before completing graduate school. EMDR and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (somatic mindfulness) were both designed for this purpose and work well for the mental and physical release of trauma in a gentle, effective manner.

  • Codependency External link

I have extensive training in codependency and have facilitated family groups for people with family members in recovery as well as provided services to individuals on this topic.
