My Ideal Client

I work with adults living with anxiety, mood disorders, grief, and ADHD as well as people navigating significant life transitions including but not limited to family, career, aging, and identity. My approach is particularly suited to professionals in demanding careers, creatives, students, parents, and LGBTQ+ individuals.

My Approach to Helping

I integrate lifestyle interventions (nutrition, movement, art, connection), medications and therapy to help my patients feel a deeper sense of well-being and a greater capacity for connection and richness in their lives.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I completed medical school at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) and trained to be a psychiatrist at Yale University. I completed advanced psychodynamic psychotherapy training at the Western New England Institute for Psychoanalysis and joined communities interested in psychoanalysis and the social, creative non-fiction writing, and mental healthcare for pregnant and postpartum people. My approach is grounded in an interest in how a person’s inner world, physical body, past experiences, relationships to others, and the impact of sociopolitical and economic structures shape experience and identity. I work with adults living with anxiety, mood disorders, grief, and ADHD as well as people navigating significant life transitions including but not limited to family, career, aging, and identity.
