My Ideal Client

I welcome people across the spectrum of identity and experience. My ideal client is curious about their inner world, their place in the larger world, and the potential for growth. I often work with LGBTQIA+, non-binary, and gender-expansive individuals, as well as those moving through the lasting impact of difficult life experiences. You may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or in search of deeper meaning—but at your core, you carry a longing to connect more fully with yourself and the life you want.

My Approach to Helping

We often think of adventure as an outer process, AND there is an amazing inner world available to us, impacting our lives daily, a world that can be mysterious, disturbing, and exciting. I am here to support this inner exploration, while also making the link to the outer world. Together we will delve into aspects of your inner and outer world and see what they have to teach - finding out more about you are, and who you are becoming. With my supportive, loving presence and skill, we will adventure together to create more of the life you want. We will explore the places you come to over and over again that seem to stop you from growth and change, and you will learn how to use your biggest difficulties to see the gifts that lie beneath the false ideas of “broken” and “wrong.” I create a space that welcomes and values all your different parts, and I will approach your joys, desires and disturbances with curiosity, respect and heart.
