I support adults and couples who are navigating deep healing and change. This might mean slowing down to notice what is happening in your body, processing difficult emotions, and meeting new parts calling for your attention. Many of us are feeling disconnected from ourselves, stuck in relational patterns, overwhelmed by deep emotions, and uncertain about what we truly want as we navigate collective challenges. I provide a safe space for experiencing greater self-compassion, connection and trust.
Specialties
My approach to therapy is integrative, relational, and trauma-informed, drawing from psychodynamic, humanistic, somatic, attachment-based, and parts-work perspectives. I tailor therapy to each person’s unique experiences, needs, and strengths, creating space for curiosity, emotional exploration, and deeper self-understanding. Together, we explore patterns, reconnect with the body and inner wisdom, and cultivate greater self-compassion, authenticity, and meaningful change.
I incorporate IFS and parts work to develop a deeper understanding of a client's inner world with curiosity, compassion, and self-awareness. Different parts of ourselves have developed to help us navigate life experiences, protect us from emotional pain, and meet our needs. Together, with compassion and curiosity, we explore these parts, the roles they play, and the underlying fears, beliefs, or experiences that may be influencing current patterns.
I integrate somatic and experiential work, inviting clients to explore not just their thoughts, but also their emotions, bodily sensations, and present-moment experiences. Through gentle curiosity, embodied awareness, and experiential practices, we can bring attention to patterns that may be difficult to access through words alone. This creates opportunities to deepen self-understanding, process emotions, and develop a more connected relationship with oneself.
Specialties
I specialize in supporting women in healing from trauma, strengthening self-esteem, and exploring relational patterns such as people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, and prioritizing others' needs over their own. My approach centers on helping women deepen their understanding of themselves, reconnect with their inner voice, and cultivate a stronger sense of self-worth, as we work to untangle patterns that may no longer serve them and build healthier relationships.
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety to help them better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns of behavior. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and understood. Together, we work to develop practical tools for managing anxiety, building self-confidence, and finding greater ease and balance in everyday life.
