My eclectic approach includes Relational Life Therapy, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, nonviolent communication, and more. We will continually assess how things are going and make adjustments to ensure that your investment in treatment is providing you with meaningful outcomes.
