My Ideal Client

I work with teens, families, couples, and individuals challenged by relationship issues, trauma, grief, life phases, and anxiety. Through our work I can help you identify and break out of cycles that are no longer serving you, renew your sense of hope and create meaningful change.

My Approach to Helping

We all need a safe place and an open non-judgmental environment to express needs and work through issues. Therapy can lead to a deeper understanding of the many aspects of yourself, which will allow you to access your strengths, develop new and healthy perspectives, build important skills, experience emotional healing, and enrich your relationships.

Why I Became a Therapist

Finding the right therapist can be challenging. I have been a life coach/trauma recovery coach for a long time, but found that coaching was not enough. I wanted to go further with helping people. I am a graduate student intern and I'm excited to help you along this part of your journey. I have a passion for working through a trauma-informed lens, which basically means I don't look for what's wrong with you, but rather what has happened to you. Our experiences impact every aspect of our lives, sometimes unknowingly. We can look at patterns that are repeating and find ways to work with new possibilities for behaviors/patterns that are no longer serving your best interest.
