My Approach to Helping

With a largely existential focus, incorporating depth-work, attachment work, and somatic work, I take an integrative and holistic approach, believing that true healing occurs when clients are able to confront the core issues that are holding them back. By exploring each client’s unique intersections and circumstances, and delving into the underlying emotions and beliefs that drive our behavior, I help clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their place in the world. My approach is relational and grounded in the belief that, even with our unique circumstances, we all have the power of choice. By recognizing our inherent freedom, we can create more meaningful and fulfilling lives.

I hold certificates in Sex Therapy through CIIS, as well as Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy through IPI.
