My Ideal Client

I work with couples and individuals who are ready to understand the deeper patterns shaping how they think, feel, and relate. Many of my clients are high-functioning yet feel stuck, disconnected, or reactive in their relationships or inner lives. Clients often recognize that long-standing beliefs, relational dynamics, or automatic reactions are no longer serving them. Using an attachment-based, integrative approach, we focus on clarity, stability, and more connected ways of living and relating.

My Approach to Helping

My work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens through a deeper understanding of relational patterns. I do not approach therapy as fixing problems, but as a collaborative process that helps you see what is shaping your reactions, relationships, and sense of self with greater clarity. I am formally trained in Restoration Therapy, an attachment-based model that focuses on the root of emotional pain and how early relational experiences continue to influence present-day dynamics. I integrate this work with IFS, CBT, ACT, ERP, and EFT to support emotional regulation, nervous system awareness, and lasting change. In couples therapy, I combine Restoration Therapy with Gottman Method techniques to address trust, communication, and recurring conflict in a structured, thoughtful way. My approach is person-centered, evidence-based, and intentionally paced, offering a grounded space to examine what is no longer working and move toward more connected ways of relating.

Why I am a Good Fit for You

I tend to be a good fit for people who value honesty, depth, and responsibility in the therapeutic process. I believe change happens when insight is paired with intention and when therapy is a place for both compassion and clear reflection. I work from an attachment-based, trauma-informed lens and am committed to care that is inclusive, affirming, and respectful of diverse identities, relationships, and lived experiences. Clients often choose to work with me because I am thoughtful, steady, and direct. I take my role seriously and bring advanced training in relational and evidence-based models, along with a belief that therapy should feel purposeful rather than endless. I am especially well suited for individuals and couples who want to understand themselves more clearly and approach change with care, accountability, and depth.
