My Ideal Client

Do you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like life is moving too fast? Are you ready for real change? I provide a safe, supportive space to explore your emotions, heal from trauma, and build resilience so you can reclaim your sense of self and move forward with clarity and confidence.

My Approach to Helping

I take an integrative, relational, and trauma-informed approach rooted in EFT, somatic awareness, and mind-body integration. This means we pay attention not just to your thoughts, but also to your emotions, your body’s signals, and the patterns that shape how you move through the world. My work is grounded in cultural humility and neurodiversity-affirming principles, honoring the ways identity, lived experience, and nervous system patterns influence healing. In our sessions, you can expect a collaborative, warm, and steady presence. I don’t rush your process. Your pace is the right pace. Together, we’ll explore the emotional roots of your experiences, build tools for regulation, and strengthen your sense of agency. My clinical experience includes working with complex trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, chronic stress, and clients navigating cross-cultural and intergenerational dynamics.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing is not about “fixing” you; it's about coming home to yourself. I trust that each person has an inner wisdom that becomes clearer when given care, safety, and space. Therapy to me is a partnership rooted in authenticity, curiosity, and compassion. Outside of the therapy room, I’m drawn to creativity, movement, and community care. I love exploring new bakeries, practicing mindfulness and yoga, spending time with loved ones, and learning about the intersections of culture, identity, and emotional resilience. As a Filipina-American clinician, I’m passionate about decolonizing mental health and supporting clients as they reclaim their stories and sense of belonging.
