My Ideal Client

I work with adults, children (ages 10+), and couples. People come to me for help in navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief and loss, life transitions, relationships, and more. In relationships, I offer support in understanding attachment needs and communication dynamics. I am trained in EMDR and offer space to process trauma (both past and present) that affects daily life.

My Approach to Helping

My approach is warm and collaborative, with a focus on your individual needs. I draw from attachment-based and emotion-focused therapy, CBT, ACT, mindfulness, parts work, and play therapy. Together, we will move at a pace that feels manageable and work toward meaningful change.
