My approach is relational and trauma-informed, grounded in attachment-based and emotion-focused therapy. I also integrate EMDR to help process and heal from past experiences that may still be impacting you. I move at your pace, prioritizing safety, connection, and mindful collaboration.

I work with young adults, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, life transitions, chronic illness, and relationship challenges.
