Are you or a loved one feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, addiction, ADHD, or low self-esteem? As we walk through life, we are bound to struggle in one way or another. Sometimes, when the struggle feels overwhelming, we can look outside of ourselves for a helping hand. Together, we will explore your feelings, build resilience, and develop strategies to improve your well-being. You will build skills and develop a greater level of awareness that will empower you to achieve your goals.
Specialties
I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), one of the most well-researched and effective approaches for treating a wide range of mental health concerns. I specialize in helping clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthier ways of thinking, and practice new behaviors that support long-term change. My approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded in evidence, making CBT a powerful tool for building resilience and emotional clarity.
I specialize in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), an approach that helps clients relate differently to difficult thoughts and emotions rather than getting stuck in them. ACT supports lasting change by clarifying personal values and building psychological flexibility—the ability to stay present and take meaningful action even in the face of discomfort. I guide clients in learning how to observe their inner experiences with compassion while moving toward the life they want
I incorporate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help individuals better understand their emotional experiences and strengthen their most important relationships. EFT is a research-supported approach that focuses on identifying attachment needs and transforming negative interaction patterns into deeper emotional connection. By creating a safe space to explore vulnerable emotions, I help clients move from disconnection and conflict toward greater security, empathy, and trust.
I draw from Existential Therapy to help clients explore questions of meaning, identity, freedom, and responsibility—especially during times of transition or crisis. This approach encourages honest reflection on what truly matters, empowering clients to live more authentically and intentionally. By facing uncertainty with curiosity and courage, we work together to create a life rooted in purpose and personal values.
Specialties
Anxiety often shows up as a signal that something inside us needs attention. In our work together, we’ll create a compassionate space to understand the roots of your anxiety, develop skills to manage it effectively, and build a sense of confidence in your ability to navigate life’s uncertainties.
I specialize in treating OCD using evidence-based approaches like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), which is considered the gold standard for managing intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviors. Together, we’ll create a structured, compassionate plan to gradually face fears, reduce compulsions, and build confidence in your ability to navigate uncertainty.
I support individuals living with trauma and PTSD through a trauma-informed and evidence-based lens, helping them safely process painful experiences without becoming overwhelmed by them. Using approaches like Restoration Therapy, mindfulness, and somatic awareness, we work together to reduce distress, restore a sense of safety, and reclaim personal agency.
I help individuals struggling with substance use build awareness, develop healthy coping strategies, and create sustainable change. Through evidence-based practices and a nonjudgmental therapeutic relationship, we’ll work to understand the role substances have played in your life and empower you to move toward clarity, balance, and long-term recovery.
Depression can make even the simplest tasks feel overwhelming, but with the right support, healing is possible. I use evidence-based approaches to help clients develop practical tools, gain insight into their emotional patterns, and reconnect with a sense of purpose and hope.
