My Ideal Client

Many of my clients have tried therapy in the past and left hungry for a deeper level of support and transformation. I work with those who are committed to the slow and steady work of healing complex trauma and attachment wounding; or those who are simply in a major life transition, or would like to feel more engaged in their life and satisfied in their relationships.

My Background and Approach

I’ve been doing this work since 2018, and specialize in psychodynamic (depth) therapy with a focus on relational dynamics and somatics. I continue to prioritize my learning through consulting with mentors, peers, and ongoing trainings. I’m passionate about the work I do and grateful to share it.

My Approach to Helping

I use our therapeutic relationship and somatic therapy to help us connect to your unconscious, your history, and relational patterns that exist outside of therapy. I will be engaged and involved in your process, while also providing space to listen and be curious. No two relationships look the same, so my process is responsive to your unique needs and our connection. We will collaborate on the treatment that suits you and your goals.
