My Ideal Client
Since 2008 I have worked in the mental health field. I provide therapy to individuals and couples. Ages I treat are 12 years old to seniors (99 years old). I provide therapy with a holistic approach that focuses on healing all aspects impacting an individual's well-being. I view each individual as unique, and as such believe that therapy is most effective when it's individualized. I believe therapy is a collaborative process that centers on a strong therapeutic relationship.
