Our Ideal Client
We offer individual counseling for men and women for a variety of issues including: managing emotions such as anger, depression, stress, and anxiety; building greater intimacy and connection in relationships with others including romantic partners, family members, and friends; coping with significant changes and transitions in life related to relationships, work, family, health, and other issues; and identifying and addressing behaviors that can undermine one's happiness, such as addictions.

Allies In Change offers extensive services treating domestic violence, abuse, and anger management. We offer group therapy for survivors as well as abusive partners, which includes men's groups, women's groups, parenting groups, and an LGBTQ+ Group. We also offer DV-informed couples therapy with DV-trained experienced therapists.
