Our Ideal Client

Are you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break? At Healing Arts Therapy, we support LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent people and, religious harm, anxiety, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Whether you’re questioning old beliefs, healing from painful experiences, or learning to trust yourself, we offer affirming, compassionate, and sometimes challenging therapy to help you create meaningful change.

How We Can Help You

At Healing Arts Therapy, we believe therapy should do more than help you cope—it should help you create meaningful, lasting change. Our clinicians offer a compassionate, affirming, and collaborative space where you can explore what’s keeping you stuck, understand your patterns, and discover new ways of moving through life. We integrate evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, somatic therapy, mindfulness, and parts work, to address trauma, anxiety, identity, relationships, and life transitions. We recognize that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all, and we tailor therapy to your unique experiences, needs, and goals. Whether you’re unpacking religious trauma, navigating neurodivergence, exploring your identity, or learning to set boundaries, we’ll meet you with curiosity, honesty, and practical tools. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. Together, we’ll move beyond simply surviving toward building a life that feels authentic, connected, and genuinely yours.

Why We Started this Group Practice

Healing Arts Therapy began with a belief that healing shouldn’t have to fit into a box. Traditional therapy doesn’t always make room for the complexity of being human, and we wanted to create something different. We expanded into a group practice to bring together clinicians with diverse experiences, specialties, and approaches, united by a commitment to authentic, affirming, and meaningful care. We believe clients deserve choices in how they heal and therapists deserve an environment where they can practice authentically, grow professionally, and feel supported. Our vision is to build a community where individuality is celebrated, curiosity is encouraged, and healing goes beyond symptom management. Whether through conversation, movement, somatic exploration, or deeper self-discovery, we want people to find a path that genuinely fits them. We aren’t here to tell you who to become. We’re here to help you reconnect with who you are and create a life that feels like yours.

Techniques I Use

Specialties

  • Dance / Movement Therapy External link

At Healing Arts Therapy, Tori integrates dance and movement therapy to explore emotions, trauma, and self-expression beyond words. You don’t need to know how to dance! Through gentle movement, body awareness, and creative exploration, Tori helps clients reconnect with their bodies, process experiences, and build self-trust. This approach is especially supportive for trauma, anxiety, body image, and identity exploration. Movement is an invitation, never a requirement.

  • Depth Therapy External link

At Healing Arts Therapy, depth therapy goes beyond managing symptoms to explore the unconscious patterns, beliefs, and experiences shaping your life. Through curiosity, reflection, and meaningful exploration, we uncover the roots of emotional struggles, relationship dynamics, and self-limiting beliefs. Drawing from Jungian psychology, parts work, and somatic awareness, we help you understand yourself more deeply, reclaim hidden parts of yourself, and create lasting, authentic change.

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) External link

At Healing Arts Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) helps you understand the different parts of yourself, including your inner critic, people-pleaser, protector, and wounded younger parts. Rather than fighting these parts, we explore their roles with curiosity and compassion. IFS helps you uncover the roots of emotional patterns, heal past wounds, and build a more trusting relationship with yourself. The goal isn’t to fix who you are, but to help every part of you feel heard and understood.

  • Attachment Theory External link

At Healing Arts Therapy, attachment-based therapy explores how early relationships shape the way you connect, trust, and respond to others. Whether you struggle with fear of abandonment, emotional distance, people-pleasing, or repeating painful relationship patterns, we help you understand where these responses began. Through curiosity, compassion, and honest exploration, you’ll learn to build emotional security, healthier boundaries, and more authentic, fulfilling relationships.

Issues I Treat

Specialties

  • ADHD External link

At Healing Arts Therapy, we specialize in supporting adults with ADHD, including those navigating late diagnosis, executive dysfunction, emotional overwhelm, burnout, and self-esteem. Our approach is neurodivergent-affirming, practical, and compassionate. We also offer a women’s therapy group focused on connection, self-discovery, boundaries, and personal growth. Together, we explore old patterns, build self-trust, and create meaningful change in a supportive community.

  • Gender Identity External link

Exploring your gender identity can bring excitement, uncertainty, and complex emotions. At Healing Arts Therapy, Tori, our queer-affirming therapist, provides a supportive space for transgender, nonbinary, and gender-diverse individuals. Through talk therapy, somatic awareness, and creative expression, Tori helps clients navigate gender dysphoria, identity exploration, relationships, and self-acceptance. You deserve a space where your identity is celebrated, not questioned.

  • LGBTQ Issues External link

At Healing Arts Therapy, we provide affirming, compassionate care for LGBTQIA+ individuals navigating identity, coming out, relationships, discrimination, family rejection, and religious trauma. We understand the impact of living in a world that doesn’t always celebrate who you are. We offer a space to explore your experiences, challenge internalized shame, build self-trust, and develop authentic connections. You deserve therapy where your identity is respected, affirmed, and celebrated

  • Polyamorous and Open Relationships External link

At Healing Arts Therapy, we provide affirming, judgment-free support for individuals and partners exploring polyamory, ethical non-monogamy, and diverse relationship structures. Whether you’re navigating jealousy, boundaries, communication, attachment, or relationship transitions, we help you build connections rooted in trust, autonomy, and authenticity. We don’t view monogamy as the default or non-monogamy as a problem to solve. Your relationships deserve support that honors your values.

  • Codependency External link

At Healing Arts Therapy, we help individuals break free from codependent patterns, people-pleasing, and losing themselves in relationships. Whether you struggle with boundaries, fear of rejection, guilt, or feeling responsible for others’ emotions, we’ll help you understand the roots of these patterns. Through compassionate exploration and honest challenges, you’ll learn to build self-trust, embrace autonomy, and create healthier relationships without abandoning yourself.
