We provide kind, thoughtful, and nurturing solutions for a healthy life. We treat anxiety, depression, eating difficulties, loss and grief, stress, trauma, anger, and symptoms of PTSD. We help you navigate life's challenges with respectful and attentive support in a safe environment. We make it easy to start becoming the true you. Counseling is based on the research that people can become more in balance with themselves and in their relationships by understanding themselves, their needs, and their particular issues. People can change! Life changes can be confusing to most of us. We find ourselves doing old things in the same old way and expecting new results, or we do new things and wonder if we’re doing it “right.” Counseling is the opportunity to work with a trained and experienced professional in a safe and trusting environment to help you become the person you truly want to be!

Why We Started this Group Practice

Our vision is to 1) provide our counselors with the environment that enhances their professional development; 2) seek clients in need and provide enlightened, inspired, efficient and encompassing therapies; 3) build a community of thoughtful, kind, nurturing and healthy individuals to implement solutions. We started this group practice because we felt that counselors need a support system that is healthy and strong. Our counselors need to focus on their number one priority: the client. As an agency, our focus is on the counselor and providing them with everything they need. This includes financial, intellectual, and emotional support. We believe all this support flows downstream to you, the client.
