My Ideal Client

I help families, couples, and individuals understand the deeper meaning of what might be holding them back and how they can break free and reach their full potential. I work with folks experiences depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship problems, attachment issues, and just overall trying to get through life the best we can.

My Approach to Helping

I offer guidance and unconditional positive regard to help people understand themselves using Psychodynamic, Gestalt, Humanistic, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. Working together collaboratively but acknowledging that people are the experts of their own life, we will work together to end suffering while building self-growth. The last few years have caused us suffering and loss on a scale we have never experienced before. I am offering help to process these losses and create the tools needed to thrive and live life to its fullest once again. I'd truly appreciate the opportunity to work with you on your journey of healing.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe everyone has the right to be happy and feel good about themselves regardless of what they have experienced in their own life. I feel that therapy should be something everyone experiences and uses at some point in their life to get that extra support. My hourly rates are typically $155-$185 for individuals and couples on a sliding scale and am happy to work around your budget and what is affordable and fair for you. I am an advocate for human and animal rights and have been a vegan for over 15 years. I feel that compassion for all living beings is essential and I use that as a guide in my professional and personal life.
