My Ideal Client

Life is beautiful, messy, and rarely linear. Interests shift, relationships evolve, careers pivot, and sometimes grief or estrangement arrives without warning. These transitions can leave us feeling untethered, even when we know ourselves well. They can also crack us open, inviting us to shed past versions of ourselves and discover who we’re becoming. There are seasons when an outside perspective and stronger coping tools make all the difference. I'd be honored to be that support.

What I Specialize In

My approach is collaborative and integrative, drawing on IFS, Narrative, and Solution-Focused Brief therapy, grounded in genuine human connection and tailored to your needs and where you are. Expect curiosity, empathy, and a touch of humor. We’ll use creative metaphors and pop-culture references to explore your inner world, untangle inherited relationship patterns, and process intergenerational trauma. The goal isn't to manage symptoms or slap a band-aid on them - it’s to understand the why behind your patterns and build lasting resilience.

Why I am a Good Fit for You

Along with my clinical expertise, I also bring 20+ years in the corporate world and am two decades into a long-term, committed partnership — both of which inform how I show up for clients navigating burnout, career transitions, relationship dynamics, and the search for deeper meaning. I also know what it feels like to sit in the client chair, as I have done my own work in therapy for decades, and I have a deep, lived respect for the courage it takes to show up. My style is warm, honest, and driven by curiosity. I am committed to providing an affirming, nonjudgmental space for clients of all backgrounds, including dedicated allyship with BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and historically marginalized communities. Wherever you are in the process, I’d be honored to work with you.
