My Ideal Client

I work with children, teens, adults, and families navigating life’s big transitions—whether that’s the first encounter with something new, managing stress and anxiety, or working through grief and loss. My ideal clients are curious, ready to grow, and willing to explore both the challenges and joys of life. I especially enjoy working with those who value creativity, play, and authentic expression as part of their healing journey.

My Approach to Helping

My approach is grounded in the belief that therapy is a radical act of hope. I strive to create a safe, shame-free, and judgment-free space where clients can express themselves honestly. I follow my clients’ lead while offering guidance, tools, and fresh perspectives. I often incorporate play, creativity, and the arts into sessions, as I believe imagination can unlock powerful insights and healing. Therapy with me is collaborative: you are the expert of your life, and I bring curiosity, compassion, and strategies to support you in exploring hard truths, building resilience, and finding new ways to thrive.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe we all have the ability to grow when supported in the right ways. At every stage of life—from childhood adventures to adult grief—our need for connection and guidance evolves. I see therapy as a place to explore curiosity, courage, and creativity, and as a reminder that we don’t have to face challenges alone. Outside of my work, I enjoy engaging in the arts, spending time outdoors, and finding inspiration in simple joys, like watching children discover the world with wonder. I value diversity and welcome clients of all identities and cultural backgrounds into my practice. In my free time you can find me trail running, browsing bookshops, playing guitar, giving hot takes about pop culture, listening to everything from hip hop to musical theater, and falling asleep during movies. I really value friendship, quiet time & good food/drink. Art and creative expression are very important to me, and in my opinion young children are the most talented and influential artists among us.
