My Ideal Client

I work best with people who feel stuck in patterns they can't think their way out of: chronic stress, anxiety, burnout, or trauma held in the body. Many of my clients have already done talk therapy and are ready for something more embodied. I especially love working with parents, helpers, and anyone rebuilding a relationship with their own nervous system. If you're tired of managing symptoms and ready to actually tend what's underneath, you're in the right place.

How I Can Help You

I help people come home to their own bodies. Using fascia-informed bodywork and nervous system-based practices, I work with you to read what your body has been holding onto: old stress, old stories, patterns you didn't choose but have been living inside of. Together we call this your Somatic Signature, the unique way your nervous system has learned to protect and express itself. This isn't about fixing or forcing change. It's about tending: building your capacity to notice, regulate, and integrate at a pace your body can actually hold. Sessions might include hands-on fascia work, breath and movement practices, and guided attention to sensation, always tailored to what you need that day. Whether you're carrying chronic stress, recovering from burnout, working through trauma, or simply want a deeper relationship with your own body, I'm here to help you move from surviving to actually feeling at home in yourself.

Why I am a Good Fit for You

I come to this work through two decades in various Mental Health spaces, an MA in Counseling/Psychology, and a lot of my own lived experience of learning to actually inhabit my body rather than just manage it. I believe healing is less about being fixed and more about becoming your own steward, the same way you'd tend a garden: with patience, the right conditions, and trust in what's already alive underneath. Outside the practice room, I run Seeded Gardens, a land stewardship business that also does youth workforce development, so caring for land and caring for people are pretty tangled together for me. I have a home herbal and garden practice of my own, and I think a lot about ecology, not just as metaphor but as a real teacher for how nervous systems, families, and communities heal. If any of this resonates, whether it's the ecological lens, the Clinical background, or just the belief that your body already knows how to move toward wholeness, I'd love to be part of your process.

Techniques I Use

Specialties

  • Somatic Therapy (Body Centered) External link

Somatic therapy is the foundation of my practice. I work directly with the body, not just the story, because the nervous system holds patterns that talk alone can't always reach. Drawing on fascia science, interoception, and bioelectric anatomy, I help clients read their own Somatic Signature: the patterns their body has learned to protect and express. This is patient, felt-sense work. We tend what's held rather than force it, building lasting capacity for resilience and ease.

Issues I Treat

Specialties

  • Men's Issues External link

Many men come to me carrying tension they've never had language for: the armor of having to perform strength, provide, or stay in control. Through fascia-informed, nervous system-based work, I help men unlearn the habit of white-knuckling through stress and instead build real capacity to feel, regulate, and lead from a grounded place. This isn't about becoming softer or harder. It's about becoming more honest with your own body, so you can show up fully for the people who need you.
