My Ideal Client

I work with folks navigating a variety of issues, with my areas of focus being: -Chronic illness and disability (including complex medical pictures, medical trauma, patient advocacy, and caregiver support) -Grief and loss -Eating disorders and body image challenges -Identity and relationship challenges -CPSTD and relational trauma -Religious deconstruction, religious trauma and spiritual exploration -Climate and sociopolitical anxiety -Life transitions -Aging concerns, end of life support

My Approach to Helping

Let’s be honest, being a human is a messy experience and living in a body is hard. We are all deserving of spaces where we can be our most authentic and vulnerable selves, where we feel supported and seen. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, non-judgmental environment to support you in telling your story and engaging in transformative work. Through authentic connection, I work with clients to repair attachment wounds, process grief, increase resilience, and reconnect with their truest selves. I offer trauma-informed, culturally grounded, and relational therapy rooted in liberatory perspectives. My collaborative and eclectic approach integrates tools and wisdom from a range of therapeutic modalities including Somatic Therapy, Depth Psychology, Parts work, DBT, and Existential Therapy. And above all else, my approach prioritizes consent and client autonomy.

My Values as a Therapist

I am a HAES aligned, identity-affirming therapist who whole-heartedly welcomes all clients including LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, disabled, BIPOC, poly and kink identified folks. As a student of Collapse Psychology, I do not believe therapy alone can be a cure-all for the psychological pain we experience. Our healing is rooted in the context of relationships and community, both with humans and the more-than-human. I see therapy as a powerful tool to support ourselves in an increasingly challenging world, but acknowledge that the needs of my clients extend beyond therapy. I am always striving to grow my own skills and knowledge, engage in systemic advocacy work, and support my clients in building a holistic network of support. Whether you’ve had many counseling experiences, or this is your very first, I look forward to learning about who you are and where you want to go on your path towards healing.
