Welcome. You may be here because you're longing to heal wounds and burdens that block access to your vitality. Parts of you may: • Feel overwhelmed or overstimulated by modern life • Struggle with self-criticism • Have difficulty with boundaries • Feel stuck in limiting familial or cultural patterns • Carry sexual, religious, cultural, or other traumas • Desire reconnection with your body, nature, intuition, sexuality, or soul—but feel bound by inherited shame. I am here to support you healing.
Specialties
I specialize in approaches that honor the wisdom of your body, nurture self-love, and gently illuminate unconscious patterns that shape how you think, feel, and relate. Together, we welcome and compassionately explore the many parts of you—including those that hold pain, fear, and longing—so that inner conflict can soften and your innate aliveness can emerge more freely. We follow the wisdom of these parts with curiosity and care, listening closely as they reveal what they need in order to heal.
Specialties
My approach to self-esteem is to reconnect with the part of you that remembers your inherent worth—an innocent, authentic, untouchable sense of self. Over time, traumas—personal, familial, cultural, or collective—can cover or block this. Together we gently reveal and heal these blocks, explore your authentic facets of self-esteem, and experiment with ways to integrate them into your daily life.
I offer a compassionate space to tend codependency and harmful relational patterns. Together we gently uncover the unmet needs beneath these patterns and explore new, nurturing ways to meet them. With care and curiosity, we trace the roots of where codependency began and create adaptive paths toward healing, guided by what uniquely nourishes you.
I work collaboratively with clients navigating sexual trauma, modeling healthy boundaries and consent as we move at the pace of safety. Together, we tend to the traumatic experiences, create a cultural understanding of the roots of sexual trauma that serves to remove personal shame, cultivate safety, and gently reclaim the capacity to experience authentic joy in the body—if and when that feels right.
My approach to historical trauma is to gently explore how it has shaped your thoughts, feelings, body, and sense of self, as well as its impact on family and culture. With imaginal and trauma-informed methods, and always at the pace of safety, we witness what needs to be felt, grieved, raged, or released. Together we also seek what brings nourishment, new life, and, if resonant, ancestral connection and cultural pride.
I create a safe, unconditionally loving container to explore what spirituality or soulfulness means to you. Rooted in reverence for the infinite ways the soul speaks, I combine psychotherapy, mystical traditions, and embodied practices to support your reconnection with your unique divine inner vitality. Together we explore what awakens your authentic self and learn to weave spiritual meaning and soulful practices into everyday life.
