I welcome you, you who are seeking a new experience, a deeper understanding, or who feel confused, angry, or hurt, and want to make a change. I believe that through a supportive therapeutic relationship, your innate wisdom and natural capacity for healing will come forth. All of you is welcome, the big, the hard, the scary experiences, or whatever brings you to counseling, there is space for it here. Together, we’ll explore what's needed to guide you toward greater balance and wholeness.
Specialties
How we engage in relationships throughout our lives is informed by our earliest attachment experiences, and I rely on the lens of attachment theory to better understand how we experience relationships with others and ourselves.
Completed Level 1 Hakomi Training in 2026 with ongoing Hakomi supervision. I use Hakomi techniques to help understand the core beliefs and motivators for anxiety, depression, and other experiences.
With years of learning in a Somatic Experiencing membership, I support clients by guiding them toward the wisdom of their body.
Understanding how our past experiences shape the way we respond to our environment today is a critical step on the healing path.
With a Master of Arts in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I draw on the ways of knowing that are beyond everyday consciousness, including the Enneagram, parts work, Gestalt, and ways to explore what is present with curiosity and the belief that the more aware we are in the present, the more we transform.
